Car Wash Manager

Lake Charles, LA

Our client is looking for someone to join their team to work along side and manage 8-12 people at a local car wash here in Lake Charles. 


A car wash manager's responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff: Training, scheduling staff, and ensuring they are appropriately staffed 
  • Customer service: Responding to customer complaints and handling employee conflicts 
  • Inventory: Maintaining inventory
  • Safety: Conducting safety training and ensuring equipment is in working order 
  • Administrative tasks: Invoicing, tracking discount codes, and completing sales reports 
  • Performance: Analyzing business data to increase productivity and meeting monthly goals 
  • Policies and procedures: Enforcing the car wash's policies and procedures 
  • Profitability: Developing strategies to improve the location's profitability 
  • Communication: Promoting understanding of company goals and values to the team . 

as a manager you may work in a variety of conditions, including extreme temperatures, moderate to loud noise levels, and irregular breaks and working some weekends .  


Must have management experience 

Must have a steady work history ( reference checks will be done ) 

Must pass a drug screen 

Must have a clean background

Must have your own transportation  

Must have an updated resume
