Job Description:

The IT Support Technician will travel onsite to various client commercial businesses addressing technical issues and providing assistance to end-users. This position is instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and resolving user queries promptly.

Position Details:

· Starting pay $15--23 per/hour Depending on experience

· Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

· Dress Code--Business Casual

Requirements:

*  Must possess technical skills, knowledge, and experience, including proficiency in operating systems,
   knowledge of networking protocols, experience with help desk software, familiarity with remote desktop
   tools, and ability to handle technical support inquiries. 
*  Trouble shoot hardware and software issues, provide user guidance, and ensure a high level of customer
    satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
*  3 years experience or Computer Technology Certificate required.
*  Must have experience maintaining servers, firewalls, and Office 365 accounts.
*  Must have reliable transportation with valid Driver License and proof of insurance. 

Candidates MUST:

* Be a Texas or Louisiana resident 

* Submit 3 Professional References upon completion of phone interview

* Submit a "Clear" drug screen and background check

* Submit a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
