Project Management Team (PMT) Member--REMOTE

Bridge City, TX

We are  seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level team member to join our dynamic group who is  eager to learn, embraces new challenges, and enjoys working with complex mapping systems. Our systems help route and permit oversize and overweight truck loads, playing a critical role in infrastructure management and logistics.

As a key member of the Project Management Team, you may lead multiple project management efforts throughout the lifecycle of a project. Responsibilities include managing project-related tasks, collaborating with developers and stakeholders, performing quality control, and ensuring successful system implementation and support. You’ll also write and execute test scripts, document technical processes, and create user guides and online help materials. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines while making sound decisions under pressure.

  • Starting pay up to $30/hour, based on education and experience
  • Fully remote position; however, required on-site training in Bridge City, TX for 6-8
         week 
    (at own expense).

  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (additional hours during deadlines may be
        required)
  • Some travel required
  • Benefits available after trial period
  • Work Arrangement: Fully Remote AFTER a 6-8 week onsite training at our Bridge City office

Work Experience Requirements:

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable team member to join our energetic, fast-paced team! The company will provide comprehensive training, and it is expected that the successful candidate will become proficient in multiple website applications with similar functionality in order to identify issues and implement effective solutions. This role requires someone with a strong willingness to learn, a proactive mindset, and the ability to take on new challenges with enthusiasm. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator—both verbally and in writing.

You should be comfortable managing lists of issues, tracking progress, and following up independently to ensure resolution. Flexibility and the ability to seamlessly pivot between tasks are essential, as is a collaborative spirit and a commitment to the overall success of the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous project management experience is a plus but not required
  • Quick learner with a strong grasp of technical concepts and project requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), VPNs, and web/mobile
         applications
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Supervisory and leadership experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks when appropriate

Remote Work Requirements:

Each employee's remote workspace to meet the following minimum standards:

  • Ensure the workspace is a dedicated work area
  • Ensure the workspace is safe and free from hazards
  • Be responsible for a workspace that has adequate ventilation, lighting, and smoke detectors
  • Ensure that their workspace is suitable for the effective performance of their job duties
  • Ensure that their workspace is free from excessive noise and distraction have a reliable, high       speed internet connection 

Candidates MUST:

* Be a Texas or Louisiana resident 
* Submit 3 Professional References upon completion of phone interview
* Complete Criteria Corp Assessments immediately following phone interview
* Submit a "Clear" drug screen and background check
* Graduate from High School or have GED
Associates Degree Preferred.  
* Submit a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
