Receptionist for CPA Firm in Port Neches

Port Neches, TX

CPA firm is seeking a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist to assist the Office Manager, in Port Neches, TX. 

Temp to Permanent Position

JOB DUTIES:

Answer the phone, transfer calls, take messages, send emails, clerical tasks, and greet walk-ins, communication with clients and staff, scan and enter scanned documents into electronic document storage, make copies, schedule meetings, and take care of client onboarding.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience in a clerical or receptionist role preferred.

- Comfortable using various office equipment.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.

- Excellent customer service skills are required. Courteous communication and a friendly personality to

  promote a warm and encouraging work environment are of utmost importance. 

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 

- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.  

REQUIREMENTS

* A Complete and Current resume must be attached to the application

* Must complete Criteria Corp pre-employment assessments prior to resume being forwarded to the
  employer

* Applicants must be Texas or Louisiana Residents at time of application and hire-in.

* Must have a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.

* Must submit to a background check (clear), prior to hire-in

* Must supply 3 professional references upon request.

**Working hours are Mon--Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch.

Dress is Business Casual.

Pay range 10.00--$12.00 per hour, DOE.
