Executive Administrative Assistant in Nederland, TX

We are hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant for an Industrial company, in Nederland, TX.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Greeting and welcoming clients/customers: Professionally greeting clients and visitors upon arrival,
         directing them to the appropriate person or area.
  • Answering phone calls: Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to relevant
         departments.
  • Administrative tasks: Managing mail distribution, filing documents, maintaining office supplies, and
         handling basic paperwork.
  • Maintaining reception area: Keeping the front desk and common areas clean and organized.
  • Customer Service: Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings and managing an executive’s calendar
         effectively.
  • Travel Arrangements: Planning and coordinating domestic and international travel, including booking
         flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Meeting coordination:  Setting up meeting agendas, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following
         up on action items.
  • Project Support: Assisting with special projects, including research, data compilation, and presentation
         preparation.
  • Expense management:  Tracking and processing expense reports.
  • Confidentiality:  Handling sensitive information with discretion.

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written, to effectively interact with various
         stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and
         meet deadlines.
  • Time management: Efficiently managing an executive's schedule and optimizing their time.
  • Proficiency in office software: Microsoft Office Suite, calendar applications, and other relevant
         software.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
  • Problem-solving skills: Identifying issues and finding solutions proactively.

REQUIREMENTS:

* A Complete and Current resume must be attached to the application 
* Must complete Criteria Corp pre-employment assessments prior to resume being forwarded to the 
  employer
* Applicants must be Texas or Louisiana Residents at time of application and hire-in.
* Must have a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
* Must submit to a background check (clear) and pass a Drug Screen, prior to hire-in
* Must supply 3 professional references upon request.

**Working hours are Mon--Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch. Dress is Professional.
**Pay Range $20--$25 per hour DOE.
