Professional Office Assistant

Busy CPA firm needs an office assistant to assist firm members with various office duties. Must have experience with software programs such as Microsoft Office as well as experience operating office equipment. Duties will include copying, scanning, scheduling, filing, answering/transferring calls, and taking accurate messages.  Assist as back up on the switchboard. This job requires a courteous attitude and a friendly phone voice.  Must be organized and pay attention to detail.  Communicating with business clients as well as internal staff in a professional manner is a requirement.  Drug screen and background check are pre-screen requirements.
