Escrow Assistant
We are hiring an Escrow Officer Assistant for the Tyler County, TX area!!
An Escrow Assistant is a crucial support role in the escrow process, assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with key parties, and handling financial transactions. This role assists with real estate transactions and safeguards the assets of buyers and sellers before they get transferred from one party to another. Duties include preparing contracts for client's to sign, speaking with insurance companies to complete the closing process, reviewing instructions from lenders, and organizing closing activities.
Candidates must have previous experience working for a title company, and submit resumes and three professional references along with the application, to be considered.
Previous experience at a Law Firm, Mortgage Company, or Real Estate Brokerage is helpful. This is a professional position. Must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.**Must be Professional, Personable and Outgoing!!
