The purpose of this role is to provide quality customer service while satisfying the needs of the patients through the sale and dispensing of eyeglasses, non -prescription sunglasses, contact lenses and accessories.  

MUST : Certified Optician preferred , but previous optical experience and Electronic medical records are a must  

Duties 

Assist customers by giving prompt ,courteous service , help customers pick out frames and lens , complete paperwork and order glasses or lens

Dispense eye wear and contact lenses in accordance with professional standards 

Perform adjustments and repairs 

Verify accuracy of completed eye wear and contact lenses and contact lenses 

Address customer questions and concerns 

Protect all company assets , including inventory , cash, credit card drafts and bank deposits 

Deliver individual store sales goals, customer service goals and established key indicator goals . 

Hours are mon - fri 8am - 5pm
