We are hiring for a Deburr position in a machine shop in Port Arthur, TX. 

As a Deburr/Grind and Balance Technician, one must be able to support the overall workload of the Repair Center and follow instructions as given by Repair Center Mgr, Shop Supervisor, and Shop Lead-men. Grind & clean components using various air & electric grinding tools; perform balancing using Hard and Soft Bearing Balancing Equipment and Computer software; perform some minor assembly with supervision, be able to read and understand component drawings, keep the shop area clean and organized, assist others as necessary, operate heavy machinery limited to grinding and lapping with supervision, operate fork lift, pack and ship components when required, work with supervision, and be available for overtime, call-ins, etc., as needed to meet customer requirements.

Requirements/Education and Experience:

**High School Diploma or GED and/or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
**Centrifugal pump repair shop experience preferred but not required.
**Must pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check, prior to hire in.
