Description:
~Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Tech needed to troubleshoot and diagnose residential maintenance problems on equipment and perform repairs.
~Provide routine inspections and system tests to identify potential issues and ensure all components are
functioning correctly.
~Interact with homeowners to answer questions, provide a clear understanding of the issues at hand, and
advise on the best course of action.
~Maintain records of inspections, maintenance routines, and any repairs or adjustments made.
Requirements:
3 years experience performing HVAC repairs and troubleshooting
QUALIFICATIONS
**Must be physically fit and able to lift, squat, and kneel.
***VALID DRIVER LICENSE and Social Security Card is required.
***Clear Background, Driving Record (MVR), and Drug Screen
***MUST RESIDE IN TEXAS OR LOUISIANA AT TIME OF APPLICATION AND HIRE-IN.
