Our client is looking to hire an EXPEREINCED Concrete Pump Truck Operator, must have at least 2 yrs experience and a class B CDL(with a clear MVR)

Operates and maintains concrete pump trucks to safely and efficiently place concrete at residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites. Responsible for positioning equipment, setting up and operating the concrete pump, coordinating with concrete crews and ready-mix drivers, and ensuring concrete is delivered accurately according to project requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate concrete boom pumps and/or line pumps to place concrete at designated locations.
• Inspect the pump truck, boom, hoses, outriggers, controls, and related equipment before each job.
• Position and stabilize the pump truck at construction sites in accordance with safety requirements and site conditions.
• Set up and secure delivery hoses, pipes, clamps, and other pumping equipment.
• Communicate with contractors, finishers, ready-mix truck drivers, and job-site personnel throughout the pour.
• Monitor concrete consistency and flow to maintain proper pumping performance.
• Operate the pump controls safely and efficiently while maintaining awareness of personnel and equipment around the work area.
• Clean, flush, and maintain the concrete pump and delivery system after each pour.
• Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical problems or equipment damage to management.
• Complete required job tickets, inspection reports, time records, and other documentation.
• Follow OSHA requirements, company safety procedures, traffic regulations, and job-site safety rules.
• Safely drive the pump truck to and from construction sites and maneuver the vehicle in challenging job-site conditions.
• Assist with general equipment setup, breakdown, cleanup, and other job-site duties as needed.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers and represent C&R Preferred Concrete Pumping, LLC in a courteous and dependable manner.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (Class B CDL)
• Previous experience operating concrete pumps, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete pumping procedures, job-site safety, and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and understand basic job instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on physically demanding construction sites.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and coworkers.
• Strong attention to safety, equipment care, and detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and extended shifts when project schedules require.
• Must have a clean background 
• Must pass a drug screen
• Must have a clear MVR
