Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, professional Licensed Chauffeur / Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to safely transport goods to customer locations and support day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a valid chauffeur/delivery license, a strong commitment to safety and punctuality, and the ability to assist with receiving, storage, picking, packing, and loading/unloading.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery / Driving

• Operate company vehicle in a safe, lawful, and professional manner.
• Deliver products to customer sites according to scheduled routes and timeframes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (tires, lights, fluid levels, brakes, etc.).
• Secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, proof of delivery (POD), and route records.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding deliveries.

Warehouse Support

• Assist with receiving shipments and verifying quantities/condition.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and basic warehouse maintenance/cleanup.
• Ensure products are stored correctly and follow handling requirements.

General / Teamwork

• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace (warehouse and vehicle).
• Follow company policies for safety, attendance, and conduct.
• Report damaged goods, delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or stock discrepancies promptly.
• Provide support to team members as needed to meet operational demands.

Required Qualifications

• Valid chauffeur license 
• Clean driving record
• Ability to drive regularly and safely in a variety of road conditions.
• Prior experience as a delivery driver and/warehouse
• Ability to lift and move items (physically capable of repetitive lifting and loading/unloading).
• Basic computer/mobile skills for route updates and delivery confirmations (if applicable).
• Strong time management, reliability, and customer service attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using pallet jacks, forklifts (if applicable), hand trucks, or warehouse tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures (receiving, pick/pack, inventory).
• Experience with delivery documentation and/or POS/scanning systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items (specific weight depends on company needs).
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and handling packages.
• Ability to work in warehouse environments that may include dust, temperature variation, and moving equipment.
