Job description:

A trusted supplier to the petrochemical industry for over 43 years, is seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. They specialize in high-quality bolts and fasteners and serve customers nationwide with a strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and customer support.

  • This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day while pulling, packing, and verifying orders. Are you able to meet these physical and daily job requirements?

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull, fill, and verify customer orders accurately throughout the day
  • Receive incoming shipments via LTL freight carriers and UPS
  • Pack and ship custom fastener orders to customers across the U.S.
  • Maintain organized inventory, shelving, and warehouse layout
  • Ensure all shipments meet quality and accuracy standards before dispatch
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
  • Support overall warehouse operations and team workflow

Qualifications

  • 5 years previous warehouse, distribution, or industrial supply experience preferred
  • Experience with bolts, fasteners, or similar industrial products is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Basic computer skills (order systems, shipping software, etc.) preferred

* Pay Scale $20-$25 per hour D.O.E 

* Dress Code: Required employee have own steel-toed boots

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (industrial preferred.

Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Familiarity with MTRs preferred.

Basic computer/data entry skills.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.
